The Six-Week Journey

Week 1 — Root & Reorient

We begin by landing.
You’ll learn the foundational anatomy of the pelvis — the bones, the diaphragm, the pelvic floor muscles, the fascia, and how breath shapes the whole landscape.
You’ll explore simple somatic and breath practices that help you feel safe, grounded, and connected.

This week creates the foundation:
You can only reclaim what you can feel.

Week 2 — The Maiden: Unwinding Early Imprints

The Maiden holds the stories from our early years — the places we learned to tighten, rush, hide, or collapse.
Through breath-led unwinding and slow, gentle movement, you soften the old patterns still living in your pelvic bowl.

The Maiden returns as curiosity, innocence, and new possibility.

Week 3 — Listening to the Bowl (Integration)

This is the pause inside the journey.
No pushing. No forcing.
You learn to read the subtle signals of your pelvis: heaviness, spaciousness, tingling, warmth, emotion, intuition.

We blend grounding, breath, and micro-movements that help your body reorganize and integrate what’s shifting.

Week 4 — The Mother: Reclaiming the Inner Holder

The Mother archetype teaches nourishment, protection, and sustainable tending.
You’ll work with somatic boundaries, pelvic rooting, and breath that stabilizes instead of constricts.

This week helps you feel the difference between carrying everything and being supported by your own deep center.

Week 5 — The Crone: The Body as Oracle

Here, we honor your oldest, wisest knowing.
The Crone doesn’t rush.
She sees in the dark.
Through deep, slow practices, you’ll explore your body’s intuition — the gut-knowing, womb-knowing, bone-knowing that has always been with you.

You learn to trust the quiet messages of your pelvic bowl as guidance for your life.

Week 6 — Reclamation & Integration

We gather the threads.
We honor what opened, what softened, and what returned.
You’ll weave together breath, embodiment, reflection, and spacious integration so this journey becomes a living practice in your daily life.
