About
Amanda Delorme is an occupational therapist specializing in somatic healing. She is a craniosacral therapist, breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, reiki master, and holistic health coach. Her work blends body-based therapy with intuitive presence to help release stored trauma, rebalance the nervous system, and reconnect clients to their innate wholeness.
With a background in traditional occupational therapy, women’s pelvic health, and over a decade in the healing arts, Amanda now offers a more holistic, soul-led approach — integrating craniosacral therapy, therapeutic breathwork, energy healing, and somatic mentorship.
She specializes in supporting women through the feminine awakening journey and often works with clients navigating pelvic health concerns, emotional healing, stress and burnout, hormonal shifts, chronic fatigue, trauma integration, and life transitions.
Amanda believes deeply in the wisdom of the body and creates a safe, compassionate space for clients to gently unravel old patterns and return home to themselves.
She lives in Maine with her husband and two children. She loves to be active outdoors, painting, and spending time with her family.
