About
Amanda Delorme is a holistic healer with an educational background in occupational therapy, and a particular passion for exploring the intersection of body and spirit. She dances between the worlds of health, energy medicine, and feminine awakening.
Her work blends craniosacral therapy, therapeutic breathwork, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to help women release stored trauma, rebalance the nervous system, and reconnect with their innate wholeness.
With over a decade in the healing arts, including experience in pelvic floor therapy, Amanda offers a soul-led approach to support emotional healing, life transitions, and feminine embodiment. She specializes in guiding women through the awakening journey, particularly those navigating stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, or a sense of disconnection from their body and vitality.
Amanda creates a safe, compassionate space for women to gently unravel old patterns and return home to themselves. She is often described as an intuitive bodyworker and energy medicine healer, who integrates touch, breath, and subtle energy to support deep feminine healing and the balance between “doing” and “being.”
She lives in Maine with her husband, two children and rag doll cat. She loves long walks, spending time at the ocean, and the smell of a freshly blossomed lily.
