Somatic healing is a body-based approach to healing. Together, we create space for the gentle unwinding of the fascial tissues that so often hold life’s unprocessed experiences. Through relational healing, intuitive guidance, energy medicine, and gentle touch, Amanda supports the softening and unfolding of survival patterns—those intelligent responses formed early on to keep you safe.

What once protected you may now be keeping you stuck in cycles of stress, survival, and inflammation.

This work is rooted in the osteopathic lineage of CranioSacral Therapy, where attuned, hands-on touch supports the nervous system in releasing long-held patterns and imprints of survival.

In addition, Amanda brings her depth of experience as a pelvic floor therapist, reiki master, and therapeutic breathwork facilitator into each session—allowing the work to be individually tailored and the just right dose of physical, spiritual, and energetic healing.

This is slow, nervous-system–led, and deeply attuned work that meets you exactly where you are, allowing the intelligence of your body and soul to come into harmony.

This work is for you if…

What we may work on in session

Each session is unique and guided by your body in the moment. Sessions may include:

  • Hands-on craniosacral therapy to support the nervous system and unwinding of fascial strain patterns

  • Pelvic and womb-centered healing (when appropriate and desired)

  • Somatic guidance to encourage body and nervous system re-patterning

  • Support for emotional release without re-traumatization

  • Energy healing to restore flow, coherence, and vitality

  • Tracking sensation, breath, and internal cues to build body trust

  • Integration of insights so they land in the body—not just the mind

Some sessions are quiet and subtle.
Others bring emotion, sensation, or enhanced awareness.
All are held with care, consent, and letting your body lead.

What you receive when working with me

Healing happens through time and relationship. When we move slowly and with consistency, the nervous system begins to trust. Over time, what once held tight can soften, and thus a remembering can occur.

  • A devoted container for deeper unwinding, integration, and embodied transformation.

  • A deeply supportive, high-touch pathway with twice-monthly in-person sessions, allowing trust, safety, and embodied change to rise from within.

    Includes:

What this work is about

This work is about listening to the body’s intelligence.

It’s about creating enough safety for what has been held—sometimes for years—to gently reveal itself and unwind.
